For the safety and well-being of all animals, clients, and staff, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services for animals that display aggressive or unsafe behavior, or who's health conditions may make handling unsafe for the pet.
Boss Pawz will not be responsible for any animals that escape, runaway, become injured, become lost, as a result of the pet escaping from the owner's custody or control, including during arrival, departure, loading, unloading, or handoff.
Owner acknowledges that pets may act unpredictable to unfamiliar people, animals, vehicles, sounds, or surroundings and agreed to take responsible precautions to prevent their pet from escaping.
